丸藥手工制作流程
服務(wù)：制劑，丸藥，類別：臨床藥學(xué)
工藝如下：
1、將配方的藥物干燥（炒或者嗮，視藥物的性質(zhì)決定，帶有揮發(fā)性藥物不可以炒，以免有效成分揮發(fā)減低療效）。后磨粉，越細越好。備用。
2、以藥粉的重量按1∶1.5的比例備好蜂蜜，如1000g藥粉，備1500g蜂蜜。藥料中糖質(zhì)、膠質(zhì)、淀粉較多的，則以1∶1~1.2即可。
3、熬煉蜂蜜，先用武火，熬沸后改為文火緩熬。藥店也有煉蜜可賣。
4、按丸藥藥料的成分，分別熬為老密、中蜜、嫩蜜。即藥料以草根、樹皮為主，纖維多不易粘結(jié)的用老蜜（但絕對不是“滴水成珠”，那樣己超過了老蜜的粘結(jié)度，制成的丸藥干硬難服）。藥料中以含糖或含膠質(zhì)或含淀粉較多容易粘結(jié)的用嫩蜜。藥料成分適中的用中蜜，制蜜丸大多用中蜜。而老蜜、中蜜、嫩蜜的判斷，習(xí)稱“看火色”，如何掌握，待明后天另文告之。但若掌握不好，做出的丸藥就質(zhì)量不高。
煉蜜的程度分為嫩蜜、煉蜜、老蜜三種：
嫩蜜將嫩蜜加熱至沸，溫度達110～114度，色變深，有粘滯性，失去水分約3%。適用由含有較多脂肪、淀粉、黏液質(zhì)、糖類及含動物組織的方劑。
煉蜜將嫩蜜繼續(xù)加熱，溫度達110～116度，出現(xiàn)淺紅色有光澤的泡沫，用手拈之粘性較強，但無白絲，失去水分約13%，用于含纖維質(zhì)，淀粉、糖類以及部分油質(zhì)的方劑。
老蜜煉蜜繼續(xù)加熱至呈棕紅色，有紅色光澤，用手拈之甚粘手，能拉出白絲，蜜溫達118～122度。適用于含多量纖維素，礦物質(zhì)的方劑。
煉蜜（要注意老嫩）
5、調(diào)藥。將熬煉好的蜂蜜用勺子倒入盆裝的藥粉內(nèi)，同時用粗竹筷在藥粉內(nèi)成園周攪動，就象平時做餃子前加水和面一樣，邊倒蜂蜜邊調(diào)藥粉，以基本上看不到干藥粉時停止加蜜，但又不能加得太多，蜜多了丸子不易成形。如開初蜂蜜的總量沒掌握好，此時在調(diào)蜜時就可根據(jù)藥粉的干濕度來補救。調(diào)好后，用消毒的雙手在盆中和為一團。

6、搓條、和丸。（用消毒刀具、菜板）和丸時可用少許芝麻油點于掌心以使久藥光亮。如按每粒丸藥重10g計，一料共重3000g，就要做成300粒?？蓪⒑秃玫乃巿F分為三坨，每坨再分為5小坨，每小坨搓條后，按菜板上已刻的刻度分切為20節(jié)，每節(jié)搓一丸。

7、包裝。先備好無毒塑料薄膜（過去用皮紙或蜂臘），每張大約10X10cm大小。每和一丸就用薄膜包裹一丸，不必另作“陰干”。和完后再用消毒器具裝存?zhèn)溆谩?/p>
藥丸制作流程流程:
處方-選(制)藥(質(zhì)優(yōu)上乘)-洗凈-干燥-打粉(粗細二道)-混和-滅菌-配密-捶打-搓條-成丸-涼干(可放置低溫消毒柜減少染機會)-包裝。
待發(fā)汗，外表變硬，方可包裝
